8th - 13th | September 2026 | Between Lisbon & Ericeira
A retreat to inspire real wellness feeling alive, inspired, sensual & creative
“Best experience of my life” - Robyn, Manchester
For when you can’t decide between an art residency, solo travel or a girls trip, you’ll find this trip.
Working alongside local artisans, long, slow & savoured dinners. The feeling of being connected back to your childlike sense of awe & silliness (maybe it’s been a while but that doesn’t mean they won’t pick up the phone). Discovering that actually you are a creative person. Enjoying failing for once because you are human & that’s supposed to happen if you’re doing it right. Not rushing your success, letting it go right in it’s own time, being proud and a little in love with being, making & seeing because that’s also supposed to happen when you’re doing it right. Savouring everything a tiny bit more & learning what people mean when they say ‘it goes by fast’ and ‘if not now when?’ and then living the now part instead of the when part. Maybe everything feels a little more vivid and raw, maybe even softer focused and a little kinder, anyway that’s exactly where we are going,
wanna come?
Mornings spent sharing a nourishing seasonal breakfast, taking a swim right outside your bedroom in our pool, or beginning your day with endorphins endorsed by a Pilates or stretch class led by me (Pilates instructor of five years!).
Workshops hosted by local & international artisans, where you’ll get to celebrate & learn true craftsmanship. We’ll explore traditional tile painting, pottery & jewellery making. You’ll be learning new skills and artistic practices under the vine leaves on our big outdoor table or at the artist’s studio itself, so you feel like you’re on your very own European art residency.
Visiting Ericeira, grabbing lunch at a local surfer style cafe, exploring the beautiful scenery, or grabbing a pastel de nata and a coffee to explore the town with and maybe even finishing off with a refreshing swim in the Atlantic ocean to experience true ocean & cold plunge therapy.
A inclusive and inviting Workshop by Sexologist Katarina Warras on creating your own pleasure menu and living authentically, so you’ll be able to embody everything you’ve learnt about yourself on this trip & go and live it.
Experiencing Portuguese food, culture, & architecture.
Afternoons filled with outdoor showers at the villa, lots of play & big nourishing spreads of food.
Beautiful summer sunsets every evening, long dinners outside & a feeling of deep safety & exhalation.
A chance to explore one of the most beautiful cities, Lisbon (my personal favourite city in the world).
Massages for added pampering and love to be added on as optional extras.
Everyday looks a little like…
Take a peak into our August retreat
A real voice note from Sophie, one of our guests from the August cohort!
Here’s a little video of some moments from our August retreat, which is exactly the same as the September retreat, just in September we have one more day & therefore an added artist workshop, to keep things interesting.
Volume up to listen to a voice note left by one of our beautiful guests Sophie!
Take a peak into our August gallery here, we had Caitlin Joyce (a professional photographer) came & take some photos for us, so I thought it was only right to share! :)
“I came away from the retreat feeling inspired and wishing I could experience it all over again! ”
The Itinerary, 8th - 13th September, 2026
A week of magic
-
PM
Settle in & meet the friends you’ll be sharing this experience with. You’ll share an inviting welcome dinner with them, prepared sharing style. You’ll find wellness & self care goodies for the trip on your bed as a little surprise as you settle into your new room & make yourself at home, take a shower to reset and cover yourself in body oil before bed. This time is your invitation to set an intention and make this retreat exactly what you want it to be.
-
AM
Our morning starts with glasses of orange juice, coffee, pastries, seasonal fruit, eggs & fresh bread, followed by a stretch & surrender class to get you out of your head & back into your body (think Pilates but a little woo - woo) . After this there’ll be time to shower and get ready for the day, followed by a nourishing lunch.
PM
We’ll head into Lisbon for a traditional tile painting workshop taught by a local artisan. After we have time to enjoy Lisbon, explore the tiny streets, explore local cafes or bars, shop a little in the city and end our evening with a miradouro (viewpoint) for sunset. A chance to sample local wines, take pictures with your new or maybe old friends and make memories, that you’ll keep forever.
-
AM
A light breakfast followed by a morning trip to the ocean to grab a coffee and feel the sea air against your face, swim in the ocean, and have your memories captured by our guest photographer, so you have something to keep and show after the trip!
PM
A big delicious local sharing style lunch prepared for us at the villa followed by a jewellery making workshop, this is time just for you to spend musing over colour & beads, giving you time to enjoy creativity without rushing or stressing.
After you’ve spent all day exploring and creating a long, slow traditional Portuguese dinner will be the perfect way to unwind.
Pool swims, sunbathing & dessert are always encouraged.
-
AM
The day will begin with our regular breakfast, coffee & tea wake up. This time we’ll have time for morning swims, time to play & write or create if you wish!
We’ll also have an opportunity to write love letters to ourselves, with some prompts there, to provide a little guidance, since writing yourself a love letter can be a little daunting.
We’ll then head to a local pottery studio and get to working on our own pieces, failing is completely okay and actually encouraged!
PM
A big lunch as per usual with be followed by a sexology workshop, to help us feel more alive, more present and more at home in our own bodies. Katarina will take us through making our own pleasure menu & living more authentically. She is a fully qualified sexologist, and will provide everything we need to feel safe during her workshop.
Dinner will be prepared by our chef , and since it’s a Friday if you’d like to head out for the evening to Ericiera you’d be more than welcome too.
-
AM
A chance to get all the rest and recovery you need, with another trip to the local surf town to soak in all the beauty of Ericeira.
PM
Time to take part in a painting workshop for all levels, by Australian artist Jamie Preisz, where you’ll get to experiment with paint and create something uniquely yours.
Get ready for a long candlelit dinner at the villa, a chance to commemorate the week and share a night with all the new friends you’ve made. A beautiful evening to wrap up a beautiful week.

Our September retreat - inspired by the idea of Saudade
"The love that remains.”
Because maybe there is a longing for parts of you that still live within you but have not felt alive for a while, maybe there are parts of you you’re yet to meet but nonetheless sit excited for you to come and find them and maybe there are parts of you waiting to be lived out by you, you’ll know if there is because it will feel like untapped potential.
This retreat is all about giving those parts of you a chance to live, come back to life or be met again. It is an exploration of the love that remains, though creating, playing, exploring and belonging.
It is about finding the love that has been lost, the love that waits for us and “the love that remains”.
Hello!
Thank you for reading all about the retreat.
Here’s a little about me.
I have been working within the wellness industry since 2022, however I have been esoteric & weird since about seven (no overstatement). These retreats combine everything I care, love & think about into one short burst of time: Travel, experiencing somewhere new, a perspective shift (probably alongside realising you could of thought like that all along), healthy vibrant food, indulgent food, the ocean, people, connection, culture, nature, moving your body, being taken care of, realising it doesn’t matter like that, realising what does matter like that & just feeling like you’re using your life & body how it wants to be used.
While I don’t live like this everyday myself, I know it exists and what it feels like to feel all sparkly and satisfied and thoughtful and excited and my work here is to help you find that feeling too.
